One of my favorite restaurants! I always get the signature noodles with chicken level 3 spicy and it is INCREDIBLE.
Frank's is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants on the Westside. I've been here about a dozen times over the past few years and they're very consistent; the service is good, portions are large, and prices are fair. I almost always get the hand-pulled noodles (believe the hype).
I love Frank's and their hand pulled noodles. It is such a comfort food for me. I prefer ordering all my noodles dishes vegetarian and then having a meat dish separately. The vegetarian hand pulled noodles is my favorite dish here. You can customize the spice level. I chose level 1 (lowest spice) because I was introducing the food to a new person with a non-existent spice tolerance. Typically I order level 3 for a nice compromise between flavor and spiciness. The biang biang noodles are excellent. The vinegar sauce and veggies paired together nicely. The flavor profiles between the two noodle dishes complimented each other and provided a nice balance. The galbi is also flavorful and delicious. My dining partner fell in love with the food and requested the leftovers.
We just dined at Frank’s Noodle House in Beaverton, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely amazing, with each dish bursting with flavor and perfectly prepared. Whether you’re craving noodles, dumplings, or something else, there’s something on the menu for everyone. The portions are generous, making it easy to share dishes with your group and try a bit of everything. The atmosphere was just right—comfortable and welcoming, without feeling overly casual or too formal. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxed meal with friends or family. The service was also top-notch; the staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. One of the best parts is that they offer great takeout options, so if you’re in the mood to enjoy their delicious food from the comfort of your home, you’re in luck. Overall, I highly recommend Frank’s Noodle House for anyone in the Beaverton area looking for a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience. Whether you dine in or take out, you won’t be disappointed!
We got a variety of dishes but the egg fried rice stood out as the best: perfect balance of green onion & egg, slightly salted, mild flavor, and very quick to come to the table. The service was outstanding - food came out within 5 minutes of ordering. Servers were on it, space was clean, and pricing was decent.
